How can I place a service call or toner order?

Please call 204-953-0540 x 0 to place service calls and/or toner orders. One of our friendly receptionists will be glad to assist. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can send us a message.

What is your response time?

Our average response time is 4 hours (within the city of Winnipeg). Unlike many other companies, this is not the response time of a phone call, but the time that a technician will arrive.

How is the response time determined?

There are many factors taken into account when dispatching a technician. Is the machine down? Is it a copy quality problem? Mechanical problem? When was the call received? etc. Our dispatchers take everything into account and dispatch technicians accordingly.

We are moving. Can you help move the machine, or can we do it ourselves?

While you can move the machine yourself, we do reccomend against it. Any damage that occurs due to the move is your responsibility. However, Bridgeport Office Solutions can help you move your machine at a very reasonable rate. Please contact us for more information.

Can you help set it back up after we move?

Yes. Please contact us to schedule an appointment to set up your machine at your new location.

Do you sell just copiers?

We love dealing with Bridgeport for several reasons: You make an effort to match our printing needs within our budget to give the best possible value for our money; service calls are dealt with efficiently and service technicians always check the panel for remaining capacity on items which may require replacement in the near future; toner orders are filled promptly and the staff is always courteous when we need to call for service or supplies and has occasionally been able to resolve an issue over the telephone. If I have an issue with the copier on a day when I don't require immediate service, I will call ahead the day before to arrange a service call, and that has worked out well on many occasions. The online reporting for our meter readings is also very efficient. One thing that was really appreciated was the technician's ability to install the drivers for the copier onto our new computer remotely, saving both time and the cost of a service call.
