In response to the COVID-19 outbreak and its rapid evolution, Bridgeport Office Solutions wants to reassure everyone that we are taking precautions to keep our customers and employees safe. We are following the government recommendations to have most staff work from home to help with social isolation. Our employees have been advised to maintain social distance, follow proper hygiene protocols including no direct physical contact.
As an essential service, our team continues to work hard to support our customers, even with the new restrictions in place.
The Service Team will remain active to help avoid any interruptions to your business. The first attempt to troubleshoot your support issues will be handled remotely. Should an issue require in-person support, a technician will be dispatched to your site and will follow steps to ensure social distance and area disinfection are maintained. If your office will be locked or you have reduced hours please ensure you communicate that with our office when placing a service call. We will not require any signatures.
Supplies and delivery will remain the same with the exception of no signatures required. The Sales Team will be working from their homes. Using our technology we are still able to help customers in need of products for their offices or home offices.
Meter readings/invoices. Our system is automated for these processes and will continue to function in its usual manor. For those not wishing to use cheques at this time please call 204-953-0540 ext#0 or send us a message for other options.
We would also like to remind you to disinfect your equipment screens and have staff use their own stylist (or pencil eraser) to operate the machine avoiding touches to the equipment.
